Great use of guitar and... techno music?
Well, I have one wish: next time, make a version with vocals, because the music really fit the original theme song.

It's weird.
Ignore the guys who said "OMG, IT'S AGAINST THE RULES," because it isn't. I can hear the overlap, it's like a little midi playing the exact same music in the background.
Good job, I wish you'd do all the Naruto songs... even if they take a long time.

Didn't sound like an anime song at all. Sounds more like a little kid's TV Show theme song. Or a techno-pop song.

To answer your question, I just thought of something catchy to put and give that Metallica/Motorhead kind of vibe. and the reason why i made it heavier was because......I actually don't know why. Probably because Thats how i might have pictured the song in my head.
